Welcome to Sanavi Print Point. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and printing services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Sanavi Print Point Pvt Ltd
  • "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the person or entity placing an order
  • "Services" refers to all printing, design, and related services we offer
  • "Products" refers to printed materials and goods we produce
  • "Order" refers to a request for products or services placed by you
  • "Artwork" refers to digital files, designs, images, and text provided by you
  • "Proof" refers to a preview of the final product for your approval

2 Orders & Pricing

2.1 Order Placement

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us
  • An order is confirmed only after payment is received and order confirmation is sent
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
  • Order confirmation email serves as your receipt and contract

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
  • Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless specified otherwise
  • Custom quotes are based on specifications provided; changes may affect pricing

2.3 Minimum Orders

Some products have minimum order quantities. These are clearly displayed on product pages. We may accept smaller quantities at adjusted pricing.

Bulk orders qualify for special discounts. Contact us for custom quotes on large quantities.

3 Artwork & Files

3.1 File Requirements

Accepted Formats

PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, EPS, PNG, JPG, TIFF

Resolution

Minimum 300 DPI for print quality

Color Mode

CMYK for best color accuracy

Fonts

Embed fonts or convert to outlines

3.2 Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready and free of errors
  • Spelling, grammar, and content accuracy are your responsibility
  • We are not liable for errors in customer-provided files that were not caught during proofing
  • Low-resolution images may result in pixelated prints

3.3 Design Services

If you require design services, additional charges apply. Design work includes:

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions included
  • Additional revisions charged per revision
  • Final design files remain our property unless purchased separately

4 Proofs & Approval

4.1 Digital Proofs

  • Digital proofs are provided for approval before production
  • You must review proofs carefully for errors, colors, and layout
  • Approval of a proof means you accept responsibility for any errors
  • Changes after approval may delay production and incur additional charges

4.2 Color Accuracy

Important: Colors on screen may vary from printed output due to monitor calibration differences. If exact color matching is critical, request a physical proof sample (additional charges apply).

4.3 Approval Timeline

  • Proofs must be approved within 48 hours
  • Delay in approval may affect delivery timeline
  • No response within 72 hours may be considered approval to proceed

5 Production & Delivery

5.1 Production Timeline

  • Production begins after payment and proof approval
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary
  • Rush orders are subject to availability and additional charges
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances

5.2 Quantity Tolerance

Industry standards allow for a ±5% variation in quantity for printed materials. You may receive slightly more or fewer pieces than ordered, and billing is based on quantity delivered.

5.3 Delivery

  • Delivery is to the address provided at checkout
  • Risk transfers to customer upon delivery to shipping carrier
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders

6 Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Cards
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Net Banking
Bank Transfer
Cash (Store Pickup)

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Standard Orders: 100% payment upfront before production
  • Large/Corporate Orders: 50% advance, 50% before delivery (subject to approval)
  • Credit Accounts: Available for approved business customers with regular orders

6.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed, the order will be put on hold. Persistent payment issues may result in order cancellation.

7 Intellectual Property

7.1 Customer Content

  • You retain ownership of artwork and content you provide
  • You grant us a license to use your content for order fulfillment
  • You represent that you have rights to all submitted content
  • You agree to indemnify us against any IP infringement claims

7.2 Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:

  • Copyrighted material without authorization
  • Trademarked logos without permission
  • Defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
  • Hate speech or content promoting violence
  • Counterfeit currency or official documents

7.3 Our Content

Website content, designs created by us, and our branding remain our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Lost profits, business interruption, or lost data
  • Errors in customer-provided files approved during proofing
  • Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control
  • Third-party service failures (shipping, payment processors)

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

9 Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

9.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

9.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, either party may elect arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in Pune in English.

10 General Provisions

10.1 Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
