Yes, we provide digital proofs for approval before printing begins. You can request changes if needed. For large or important orders, we can also provide physical samples (additional charges may apply).

Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for most products. Rush orders can be completed in 24-48 hours (additional charges apply). Large format and custom products may require 5-7 business days.

Yes! We deliver across India. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1000 within Pune city limits.

Since most items are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if there's a printing defect or error on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
