Since our products are custom-printed according to your specifications, we follow a specific return policy:
Report any shipping damage or wrong items. Take photos before opening if package appears damaged.
Report any print quality issues or defects. Provide clear photos of the problem.
General return window for eligible issues. Items must be unused and in original condition.
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
Misprints, ink smudges, color bleeding, or poor print quality
Uneven cuts, incorrect size, or finishing defects
Different item than ordered or wrong specifications
Products damaged during transit
Incomplete order or missing products
Any mistake made by us during production
